The pool terrace is the social center of the home, with an infinity pool, oversized Jacuzzi, oceanfront fire pit, shaded seating areas, and plenty of space to gather throughout the day. Ten loungers overlook the Pacific, while eight beach chairs are ready for time spent on the sand.

Casa Todo Bien also includes kayaks, paddleboards, surfboards, boogie boards, snorkels, fins, and fishing rods, making it easy to enjoy the calm waters just beyond the villa. Whether you're heading out for an early paddle or spending the afternoon snorkeling, everything is close at hand.

Evenings naturally gather around the full bar with counter seating and a flatscreen TV or around the fire pit overlooking the ocean. Indoor dining accommodates 12 guests, while the outdoor dining table for eight offers another beautiful setting for shared meals by the water.

Inside, the villa is both spacious and welcoming. The gourmet kitchen features professional appliances, an espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, pizza oven, and generous workspace for preparing meals throughout the day. Expansive living areas open seamlessly to the terraces, keeping the Pacific as the backdrop to everyday life.

The media room seats up to 15 guests and features an 82-inch Samsung Smart TV, PlayStation, satellite TV, Creston/Sonos technology and tiered seating beneath a vaulted ceiling. A lower-level game room includes a pool table and ping-pong table, while the fully equipped fitness room offers cardio equipment and free weights for guests who like to stay active.
